NatickApartments.com is a real estate company devoted exclusively to the leasing and marketing of multi-family properties in Natick.We are long standing Realtor® members of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Formerly Advantage Properties, we have recently changed our name to better reflect our work and the changing marketplace. Bill FitzPatrick is the owner and founder of NatickApartments.com. For over thirty-five years, he has been a Natick real estate broker and Natick investor. Bill enjoys a national reputation as an expert on real estate investment. For many years, he was the editor of Investing in Real Estate, the number one real estate investment newsletter in the country. In addition to his eighteen books and many articles, Bill was a principal contributor to the best selling book, The Master Guide to Income Property Brokerage. As an adjunct professor of business at Saint Thomas Aquinas College, he has taught real estate and entrepreneurship. Bill has recently worked with the armed forces to develop a series of business, real estate and personal development courses for transitioning members of the military. His podcast, Master Real Estate, has been ranked Number One on iTunes. Mark Grupposo is the vice-president of NatickApartments.com and the rental manager. Mark is a graduate of Natick High School and an honors graduate of Framingham State College. In addition to his real estate work, as many of you know, Mark is one of the highest ranked black belts in karate in the United States. Mark lives in Natick with his wife Doreen and their three children.
