   The goal of Wellesley Real Estate is to provide professional relocation services to buyers and renters moving to the beautiful Wellesley-Natick area of Eastern Massachusetts.    Wellesley Real Estate, for many years called Advantage Properties, was founded in 1973 by real estate investor and teacher, Bill FitzPatrick. For ten years, he was the editor of America's Number One industry newsletter, Investing in Real Estate. Bill is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and earned a Master's Degree from Boston College. He is proud of his days as an Eagle Scout and as an infantry sergeant with the United States Army Reserve. Giving back, Bill has written a popular course on homeownership for transitioning members of the military called, Master Real Estate.

   The Wellesley Real Estate rental division is efficiently managed by Vice-President Mark Grupposo. Being a lifelong resident of the area and father of three, Mark is very familiar with all that Natick and Wellesley has to offer. He is a graduate of Natick High School and was an honors graduate of Framingham State College.
